SAN FRANCISCO— March 10, 2026 —ForeFront Power, a leading developer and asset manager of commercial and industrial-scale renewable energy solutions, has appointed Katsu Nishida as Deputy CEO. Nishida previously served as CEO of MyPower Corp., the parent company of ForeFront Power and the North American arm of global energy infrastructure and investment leader Mitsui & Co. Nishida will work closely with ForeFront Power CEO Dr. Ruben Fontes to guide the company through its next phase of growth as an integrated sustainable energy solutions provider.

In recent years, ForeFront Power has expanded its platform beyond commercial and industrial solar and battery storage development to encompass vehicle fleet electrification solutions, an energy advisory consultancy, and energy asset management services. In January 2026, the company also launched Centrana, a unified software platform and service marketplace for facilities, energy, and sustainability teams.

“We’re pleased to welcome Katsu Nishida as our new Deputy CEO during this pivotal period of growth and evolution for our company,” said Dr. Fontes. “Katsu is already deeply familiar with our business: he has served on ForeFront Power’s Board since 2020 and additionally supported us as a senior executive at MyPower. I value both his leadership acumen and his vision for ForeFront Power’s expanded role in the sustainable energy transition.”

As Deputy CEO, Nishida’s focus areas will include: enhancing engagement with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders to support disciplined growth and long-term value creation; accelerating business transformation by leveraging Mitsui’s global network to develop new product lines and strategic partnerships; and driving operational excellence and scalable growth as the company continues to expand its platform of integrated sustainable energy solutions.

“I look forward to my continued collaboration with Ruben and the entire ForeFront Power team,” said Nishida. “Over the past 5 years, I have had the privilege of working closely with the company as a member of the Board, and I have come to see this as one of the best teams in the energy business. We’re rolling up our sleeves to help organizations lower energy costs, manage their environmental impact, and develop long-term, sustainable energy and infrastructure strategies.”
