For over 10 years, ForeFront Power has been the top partner for the School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) Program. Through ForeFront Power’s efforts, over 70 public agencies have utilized this procurement vehicle to deliver almost 400 distributed energy projects. A testament to our fleet electrification capabilities and public sector experience, we are the highest scoring vendor for SPURR’s Procurement Assistance for Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Contract. This enables all California public agencies (schools, municipalities, and special districts) seeking to electrify their fleets to access a pre-negotiated contract that meets their procurement requirements.  

Sourcewell is a self-sustaining government organization that acts as a service cooperative. Through various competitive solicitations and awarding process, they provide cooperative purchasing contracts to public agencies, schools, and nonprofit organizations across the country. ForeFront Power was recently awarded the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment with Related Services contract, offering our full EV Charging services, with solar and battery storage as value-add services. 

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to all public entities across all 50 states. ForeFront Power currently holds 6 active contracts with TIPS, and we are ready to service you with our full range of service offerings.

NPPGov is a national cooperative procurement organization offering publicly solicited contracts to government entities nationwide. NPPGov ensures all awarded RFPs comply with general  federal cooperative procurement law principles required by most federal grants. 

ForeFront Power was awarded the Fleet Electrician Charging, Supplies & Services RFP, with the League of Oregon Cities as the lead public agency. This contract allows customers to procure not only our EV Charging services but also our full range of scopes, including solar, battery storage, microgrid, and financed design-build systems. 

E&I Cooperative Services is the only member-owned, non-profit sourcing cooperative exclusively focused on serving the Education customers. ForeFront Power holds the EV Charging Infrastructure & Services contract with E&I, and our full scope of services, including solar, battery storage, and microgrid, are all included

The BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative is a cooperative formed by governmental entities to streamline the buying process for public schools, municipalities, and other governmental entities across the US. ForeFront Power holds the Electric Vehicle & Other Charging Stations contract (719-23).
